What personal data may be collected by Norbsoft?
During cooperation or use of services offered by Norbsoft, you may provide Norbsoft with personal data for the purpose of performing a contract or for another, strictly defined purpose, about which you will be informed each time data is shared.
In every case, Norbsoft collects only the personal data that is actually necessary.
To check which companies use our site, we use the Leadinfo solution from Rotterdam. This service shows us the names and addresses of companies based on the IP addresses of visitors. The IP address is not stored after use.
To better understand the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and optimize our services, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on our website. LinkedIn Insight Tag is an analytical tool provided by LinkedIn that allows us to collect data regarding visits to our website, such as URLs, browser types, visited subpages, referral sources, and other information related to user interactions with the site. This data is anonymous and does not directly identify the user. LinkedIn processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which can be found at: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy Using the LinkedIn Insight Tag enables us to: analyze the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns conducted through the LinkedIn platform, measure conversions, and generate personalized reports on website visits, as well as tailor advertising content to the preferences of users who have visited our website. This data may be used for ad profiling on LinkedIn. If the user is logged into their LinkedIn account, LinkedIn may link the visit to our website with their user profile. The user can opt-out of this type of analytics at any time by adjusting their privacy settings on their LinkedIn account or blocking cookies in the cookie settings of the Norbsoft website.

For what purpose and on what basis does Norbsoft process your personal data?
The personal data you provide to Norbsoft will be processed for the purpose for which they were provided. The processing of your personal data may be based on the following grounds:
1. Conclusion and execution of a contract to which you are a party.
2. The necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by Norbsoft. The indicated legal basis for processing your personal data applies to cases where their processing is justified due to the necessity of ensuring security and improving the services offered by Norbsoft, adapting them to the needs and convenience of users, for statistical purposes, and for marketing products and services of Norbsoft, as well as for the purpose of pursuing claims by Norbsoft in case it is necessary to direct the case to legal proceedings.
3. Your consent. In some cases, you may be asked to give consent to process your personal data for a specific purpose. In such a case, you will also receive all necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data.

At any time, you have the right to request access to your data, their correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Can you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data?
If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Refusal or withdrawal of consent does not have negative consequences. However, withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of the processing which was performed based on consent before its withdrawal.
